Mr. Roddy is a friendly landlord. His property I stayed in was in a good condition. He did a thorough introduction for me when I arrived at his property. With term and condition explained, along with how to go around his property and the facilities and shops around. As tenants, we are required to keep his property clean. He is explained that he is under the official landlord association of UK and uses a trustworthy body to safeguard his tenant's deposit. When I check-out of his property, i forgot to return the keys. I posted it to Mr. Roddy and he managed to pick it up in the post office and full deposit was returned to me. So it was all good.
I don’t know what to say. Everything is good……….
Recommended student rooms accomodation
Mr Yang and Mrs Yang are very kind and approachable persons. They pick me up from the airport and send me to the accommodation site. Mrs Yang showed us the most convenient and easiest way to always keep the accommodation in clean environment. They will solve the problem at the first place in short of time. There was once our washing machine dryer did not function well. They quickly add another functional dryer within 24 hours, which is very efficient. When I wish to extend my contract, they will always try to do their best to fit our demand. Therefore, they are very efficient and approachable landlord.
