Mr. Roddy Yang is a responsible full-time landlord, you can easily talk to him anytime to clear your doubts in the house. He provides advice for newcomers to get around with the neighborhood. He believes that students always need better internet experience and so internet in the house is always functioning at its best. He is a person of understanding so you can always talk to him about the problems encountered with housemates, he can be a good negotiator. Mr. Roddy Yang’s accommodation is at a reasonable price for the distance from the university. Part of the rental we paid will be invested in our bills, transparent and easy to check anytime. He refunds on the day you return/checkout, no delay, which is very good for the student. His accommodation are always upgrading and trying to refurbish his accommodation from time to time.
