We are a Landlady company committed at providing Excellent Value rooms (Low Price but Good Quality) to rent:

  1. All our properties (that we rent out) always have Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Installation Safety Certificate, and Energy Performance Certificate as regulated by British Government.
  2. All our furniture meet Furniture and Furnishing Fire Safety Regulations as regulated by British Government.
  3. All refundable damage deposits are registered to Government approved body (Deposit Protection Service/DPS)

HYBRID STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
We are HYBRID between

1.University Hall/Building Accommodation (where BILLS INCLUSIVE in the rent, but the rent is Very Expensive and still has to pay Additionally £4 EACH Wash [£2 washing machine +£2 dryer], whilst sharing & queuing with around 200 students in the building)

AND

2.Private Accommodation (where rent is CHEAPER, but Bills NOT  INCLUSIVE which is troublesome to call internet & energy companies, taking meter readings quarterly, ring energy company to correct estimated reading, splitting bills with flatmates when sometimes flatmate refuses to pay bills, NO WiFi on 1st day/week of move-in).

In Our HYBRID ACCOMMODATION, our rent is a lot cheaper than University Hall/Building Accommodation and is similar to private accommodation, but BILLS INCLUSIVE. UltraFast WiFi is ON from the second you move-in. Washing Machine & Dryer are also provided at NO Additional Cost, shared by only other 2-3 flatmates.
